Script for SHARK Monday Net @7PM CST
Monday evening, a minute or so prior to start of Net or at 7:00PM:
QST, QST, if the frequency is clear, please stand by for the Sam Houston Amateur Radio Klub weekly Monday night Net.
BREAK - - Net Control to state their call sign every 10 minutes during the Net.
Monday evening, 7:00PM:
This is (your call sign), my name is (your name), transmitting from (insert place) and I will be your Net Operator for this week’s club Net.

The Sam Houston Amateur Radio Klub Net meets every Monday evening at 7:00pm CST, or 1900 hours. The purpose of this Net is to share announcements, news, and events in the art and science of amateur radio, as well as to practice our skills in communication, in the event of a scenario that we are called upon to provide our services. Special thanks to David Wise, N5AK, for the use of his TOWER.

The SHARK club meets in person the second Tuesday of each month. The next in-person meeting will be held on ___________________. The meeting is held at the North Cleveland Baptist Church located at 202 Elk Street in Cleveland; doors are open at 6:30 pm for coffee and fellowship and the meeting starts at 7:00 pm. Visitors are always welcome. (Repeat address.)

We will first call for Shark Club Repeater Trustee, Directors and Officers to check in; followed by SHARK Club membership and then give an opportunity for all non-club Amateur Operators to participate. When calling in to Net Control, please use ITU phonetics when giving your call sign and state your name. It is also helpful if you state the location from which you are transmitting, so that we know where our fellow operators are located.
